Numbers that change futures
Every screening creates a record. Every record fuels a program. Every program changes lives.
Country-by-country progress
South Africa
Lead implementer: African Eye Institute. Supported by the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation, Berkeley Vision, Optometry Giving Sight, CooperVision and Peek. Project continues in 2026 to 2027 across eight provinces.
Pakistan
Two parallel programs with ZMT Primary Healthcare Network (20,000 child target) and CBM (25,000 child target). Already 22,300 children screened and 1,335 spectacles delivered.
India
OneSight India holds formal MOUs with three state governments to support state-level school eye-health programs. OSaaT, the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation and Berkeley Vision also hold an MOU with the Optometry Confederation of India (OCI). Implementation partners include India Vision Institute, Sankara Eye Foundation, iDrishti Eye Hospitals and Lotus College of Optometry.
Kenya
Partnership with Let Our Children See. Planning a school screening project for around 20,000 children, expected to launch by the end of 2026.

From data to delivery
Behind every statistic is a child who can now see the chalkboard, a teacher who can finally reach them, and a family whose horizon has just expanded.
OSaaT closes the loop, from school-based screening through refraction, prescription, distribution and outcome reporting, at a fraction of the cost of traditional clinic-based programs.
